5.0 out of 5 Posted : 30 Jan 2012  Simon is a fantastic driving instructor. I wouldn't for a second hessitate to recomend him. I am so glad that I listened to all the possitive feedback on his website and decided to give it a chance. As I had had some past driving experience (though not for some years) so he gave me a taster lesson, firstly to see how much I remembered and also to see if I wanted to continue with him. I immediately decided to block book lessons. His teaching style isn't just to tell you how to pass a test, he truely cares about safe life long driving. I had learnt with other driving instructors briefy before and never felt as good and responsible a driver as I do now. He is patient, very friendly, professional, always willing to try and swap around lessons to best suit everyone (which i needed with a busy schedule) and always ready to praise sucesses as well as talking through and fixing problems. He is fantastic at building up confidence. Each lesson had a game plan, and was so well structured it felt like no time at all we had done absolutely everything I could need to know! Another great strength of his was that once I didn't pass first time, his encouraging words and kindness built me back up, and so I passed with a vengance the second attempt! If you want to become a great driver, and learn in a possitive and always fun environment, definately choose Simon.  Useful

4.7 out of 5 Posted : 5 Jan 2012  Simon was a fantastic instructor, and i feel didn't simply teach me how to pass my test (as i have heard is the case with people my friends have learnt with), but equipped me with all the skills I would need to be a confident and efficient driver for life. He is very friendly and patient, and you are not rushed at all, I learnt it all at the pace that was right for me, and in the end passed first time.  Useful

I chose to do an intensive course which should have been a daunting prospect (3-4 hours in a car with someone is not easy) but with Simon the time flew quickly and the lessons were not a chore. On top of his great company, Simon was very patient and flexible when it came to working around my busy schedule. I would recommend him to anyone.  Useful

He was very patient, flexible with booking lessons and I found his teaching style fun. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed with driving very quickly which helped greatly in me being able to pass my test first time in 3 months. I am now going on to do the pass plus with Simon which I am very much looking forward to.  Useful

I am also pregnant and he was very good to me with my hormones flying around, very patient. I'd recommend Simon to anyone learning to drive, I did it quickly and happily. Thanks again Simon! 5.0 out of 5 Posted : 4 Dec 2011  What a GREAT instructor - Simon made learning how to drive easy. I never thought that I would pass FIRST TIME with only 4 minors! It was very easy to fit lessons into my busy lifestyle and all subject matter was covered in lessons, so the theory and practical was easy. He also taught me to adapt a positive mental attitude and to be more confident. I would happily recommended him to anyone who is thinking of learning to drive.  Useful

5.0 out of 5 Posted : 2 Nov 2011  SIMON - a wonderful instructor, a great motivator, and most importantly, a great company... you know you feel afraid and nervous every time you drive alongside a DI...but no, not with simon...he makes you very very comfortable when you're learning to drive...you'll literally feel like driving with a friend and chatting...and i was very inconsistent with my driving...but simon helped me overcome it...i still remember him saying that i have two drivers in me ...and thankfully he produced the best out of me...i now have no more flaws...thanks to simon...  Useful
